Q. What do we get?
A. Based on your subscription, you will get Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta or Valmiki Ramayan or Happy Life Weekly at your home, written with hands with a premium fountain pen on Acid Free 120 GSM paper, by either us or by bright deserving students having good handwriting, enclosed in MyPenFriend branded envelop and sent via Speed Post anywhere in India for you on weekly basis.
Geeta will be delivered as Original Sanskrit Text and its translation in Hindi or English based upon your choice. Each week you will receive 5-7 shlokas and the translation.
Ramayan will be delivered as Summary of translation of 5-6 Sarg (Chapters) in Hindi or English based upon your choice.
Happy Life Weekly will be delivered as amazing day to day knowledge related to emotional and psychological management of self and family in the form of 1-2 pages knowledge per week based on your preference of stream. This is a permanent subscription currently in English.
Q. What is the frequency of receiving Geeta/ Ramayan/ Happy Life
A. These knowledges will be sent to you on weekly basis till it gets completed. Geeta/ Ramayan both gets completed in 102-108 weeks. Happy Life is a perpetual subscription.
Q. How will the Geeta/ Ramayan/ Happy Life be sent to me?
A. They will be despatched to you via Speed Post, every week. You can trust us that India Post has excellent service and using them helps the country.
Q. Can I pay for both years in advance? Is there some discount?
A. Yes. You can pay for both the years together for Geeta & Ramayan. Happy Life is annual subscription. Please do send us the request via email at friend@mypenfriend.in or WhatsApp at +91-9-711-711-766 to know about the charges and attractive discounts.
Q. Can I discontinue my subscription before it completes? Is there a refund?
A. That would be very unfortunate. However, we understand that you may have some reasons to do so. Definitely you can forward the request to us via email at friend@mypenfriend.in and we would be happy to help you overcome the challenge or issue a pro-rata refund. We will just deduct Rs. 100/- for each letter already sent to you or already written for you and refund the entire balance. If you have already received 20 knowledge letters and wish to discontinue, we will deduct Rs. 2000/- from the amount paid by you and refund the balance.
Q. Do you write the knowledge letters in bulk or in advance and send them mechanically to the recipient?
A. Never. This is always written for you and not in advance. It will be written in the same / previous week in which it is scheduled to be sent. They are written only for you and we can not write them just like that. They may have your names mentioned anywhere in between and there is no Mail Merge when writing by Hands.
